
Through hands-on exercises, demonstrations, and guided practice, riders will gain tools to:
Improve communication and clarity with their horse
Build confidence and trust in challenging situations
Understand the horse’s thought process while working cows and obstacles
Apply skills that translate to both the arena and the ranch
Limited to 12 Participants - Reserve your spot early!
All levels of horses/riders are welcome.
The clinic will take place in an outdoor arena.
Stalls: Outdoor stalls are available as well as a limited number of indoor stalls.
Meals: Please bring a bagged lunch.
Facilities: Restrooms On-Site
Camping: Camping is permitted, but electric hookups are not available. Generators are welcome.
Participant Fee: $475 (paid to RPH)
*A $175 deposit is required to reserve a spot. Balance is due 30 days before the clinic.
Audit Fee: FREE!
Facility/Cattle Fee: $60 per participant (paid to clinic host at arrival)
Stalls : $30 per day for indoor stalls, $15 per day for outdoor stalls (paid to clinic host at arrival) Indoor stalls must be stripped prior to departure.
Camping: $10 for the weekend (paid to clinic host at arrival)
Facility, stall, and camping fees will be collected upon arrival at Quarry Road Arena.

30 Days or More Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the clinic start date will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
8–29 Days Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made within this period will receive a 75% refund of the balance, not including the non-refundable deposit.
7 Days or Less Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made within 7 days of the clinic start date are not eligible for a refund.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the clinic. You will receive an email with an invoice for the remaining balance 30 days prior to the clinic date.
We’ll send you an email 30 days prior to the clinic with a link to complete your remaining payment.
Yes, if you’d like to discuss getting on a payment plan for a clinic, please contact us.
Yes, additional fees may apply, including facility fees, stall fees, camping fees, or audit fees. These are paid directly to the clinic host upon arrival. You can find a full breakdown of any additional fees on each clinic information page under “Clinic Fees.”
