Building Relationship Through Obstacles & Cow Work
This clinic is designed to help you and your horse confidently work through obstacles and progress toward incorporating cattle into the experience. While obstacles and cows are part of the goal, the focus is on building the relationship that makes those things possible.
Robbie Potter takes the time to develop softness, communication, trust, and respect between you and your horse before advancing into more challenging exercises. Rather than jumping straight into obstacles or cattle work, riders will first focus on creating a willing, confident partner. As the clinic progresses, you’ll begin working through obstacles and then gradually introduce cattle, increasing the level of difficulty in a way that sets both horse and rider up for success.
This clinic is ideal for riders who want to strengthen their horsemanship, build confidence, and gain practical skills they can carry over into real-world situations.
Through hands-on exercises, demonstrations, and guided practice, riders will gain tools to:
Improve communication and clarity with their horse
Build confidence and trust in challenging situations
Understand the horse’s thought process while working cows and obstacles
Apply skills that translate to both the arena and the ranch
Clinic Details
Limited to 12 Participants - Reserve your spot early!
All levels of horses/riders are welcome.
The clinic will take place in an outdoor arena.
Stalls: Outdoor stalls are available as well as a limited number of indoor stalls.
Meals: Please bring a bagged lunch.
Facilities: Restrooms On-Site
Camping: Camping is permitted, but electric hookups are not available. Generators are welcome.

Participant Fee: $475 (paid to RPH)
*A $175 deposit is required to reserve a spot. Balance is due 30 days before the clinic.Audit Fee: FREE!
Facility/Cattle Fee: $60 per participant (paid to clinic host at arrival)
Stalls : $30 per day for indoor stalls, $15 per day for outdoor stalls (paid to clinic host at arrival) Indoor stalls must be stripped prior to departure.
Camping: $10 for the weekend (paid to clinic host at arrival)
Facility, stall, and camping fees will be collected upon arrival at Quarry Road Arena.

What is your clinic cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms below.
30 Days or More Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the clinic start date will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
8–29 Days Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made within this period will receive a 75% refund of the balance, not including the non-refundable deposit.
7 Days or Less Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made within 7 days of the clinic start date are not eligible for a refund.
When are clinic fees due?
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the clinic. You will receive an email with an invoice for the remaining balance 30 days prior to the clinic date.
How do I pay my remaining balance?
We’ll send you an email 30 days prior to the clinic with a link to complete your remaining payment.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, if you’d like to discuss getting on a payment plan for a clinic, please contact us.
Are there any additional fees involved?
Yes, additional fees may apply, including facility fees, stall fees, camping fees, or audit fees. These are paid directly to the clinic host upon arrival. You can find a full breakdown of any additional fees on each clinic information page under “Clinic Fees.”
