
This clinic is perfect for riders who want to:
Build a stronger relationship with their horse through clearer communication, trust, and mutual understanding
Develop feel, timing, and confidence rather than relying on force or quick fixes
Grow as a horseman at any level, with guidance that meets both horse and rider where they are

Covered Arena & Covered Round Pen
Stalls: Covered 12x16 stalls with 12x12 outside run available.
Meals: Please bring a bagged lunch; water will be provided. Fast food restaurants are available nearby. Saturday evening dinner will be available for participants and auditors. Cost is $10 per person (payable to SMHA). Feel free to bring your favorite beverage to share, if you'd like.
Facilities: Restrooms on-site.
Facility, stall, paddock, & camping fees will be collected upon arrival at Lone Oak Equestrian Center.
Participant Fee: $475 (paid to RPH)
*A $175 deposit is required to reserve a spot. Balance is due 30 days before the clinic.
Audit Fee: $30 per day when purchased in advance online; $40 per day at the clinic.

Facility Fee: $25 per day (paid to facility)
Stalls : $55 per day (paid to facility at arrival) Includes grass hay in the morning and alfalfa in the evening; shavings are available for $10, and water spigots are provided (please bring your own bucket).

30 Days or More Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the clinic start date will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
8–29 Days Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made within this period will receive a 75% refund of the balance, not including the non-refundable deposit.
7 Days or Less Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made within 7 days of the clinic start date are not eligible for a refund.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the clinic. You will receive an email with an invoice for the remaining balance 30 days prior to the clinic date.
We’ll send you an email 30 days prior to the clinic with a link to complete your remaining payment.
Yes, if you’d like to discuss getting on a payment plan for a clinic, please contact us.
Yes, additional fees may apply, including facility fees, stall fees, camping fees, or audit fees. These are paid directly to the clinic host upon arrival. You can find a full breakdown of any additional fees on each clinic information page under “Clinic Fees.”
