This clinic will take place in a covered arena.
Stalls: Soft sand bedding, participants may add shavings if desired. Please plan to bring your own shavings, hay, buckets, feed pans, and feed. Please pick out stalls daily.
Meals: Please bring a bagged lunch. Bottled water provided.
Facilities: Restrooms On-Site
Camping: Dry Camping is Available
Hotels: Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn are located 5 miles away.
Facility has locked entry, participants will be given the code to enter.
Please bring negative coggins test.
Due to facility policies, dogs are not allowed on the premises.
Participant Fee: $1200 (paid to RPH)
*A $300 deposit is required to reserve a spot. Balance is due 30 days before the clinic.
Audit Fee: FREE!
Facility Fee: $100 for all 4 days (paid to the facility at arrival)
Stalls : $25 per night (paid to facility at arrival)
Dry Camping: $10 per day (paid to facility at arrival)No shower on site.
Facility, stall, and camping fees will be collected upon arrival at Little Creek Stables.

30 Days or More Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the clinic start date will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
8–29 Days Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made within this period will receive a 75% refund of the balance, not including the non-refundable deposit.
7 Days or Less Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made within 7 days of the clinic start date are not eligible for a refund.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the clinic. You will receive an email with an invoice for the remaining balance 30 days prior to the clinic date.
We’ll send you an email 30 days prior to the clinic with a link to complete your remaining payment.

Yes, additional fees may apply, including facility fees, stall fees, camping fees, or audit fees. These are paid directly to the clinic host upon arrival. You can find a full breakdown of any additional fees on each clinic information page under “Clinic Fees.”
