
Riders will learn how to:
Improve communication through the reins, seat, and legs
Build confidence and relaxation in their horse
Recognize and address hesitation, tension, or misunderstanding
Use obstacles as tools for better timing and feel
Develop a stronger relationship that carries over into everyday riding

Facility, stall, & camping fees will be collected upon arrival at Leatherwood Mountain Resort.
Participant Fee: $475 (paid to RPH)
*A $175 deposit is required to reserve a spot. Balance is due 30 days before the clinic.
Audit Fee: $25 per day (paid to facility)
Facility Fee: $20 for the weekend (paid to the facility at arrival)
Camping: $30 per night (paid to facility) Please call 336-973-5044 to reserve a campsite. We offer 18 power and water sites with 30-amp service in the Creekside Campground, as well as 5 sites with 20-amp service in the Trail Barn Campground.
Stalls : $30 per night (paid to facility) Please call 336-973-5044 to reserve a stall. Riders should bring their own hay and feed for their horses. Both 12×12 indoor stalls and 10×12 open-air covered stalls are available. Additional bedding may be purchased for $9 per bag.

30 Days or More Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the clinic start date will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
8–29 Days Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made within this period will receive a 75% refund of the balance, not including the non-refundable deposit.
7 Days or Less Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made within 7 days of the clinic start date are not eligible for a refund.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the clinic. You will receive an email with an invoice for the remaining balance 30 days prior to the clinic date.
We’ll send you an email 30 days prior to the clinic with a link to complete your remaining payment.

Yes, additional fees may apply, including facility fees, stall fees, camping fees, or audit fees. These are paid directly to the clinic host upon arrival. You can find a full breakdown of any additional fees on each clinic information page under “Clinic Fees.”
