Creating clearer communication through consistent feel and timing
Understanding how body position and intention influence the horse
Improving responsiveness to rein, leg, seat, and body cues
Recognizing when the horse truly understands versus simply reacting
Building softness, confidence, and connection through clarity and consistency
Limited to 10 Participants
Outdoor Arena
ALL levels of riders are welcome.
Outdoor Stalls: There are 4 outdoor panel stalls available. ($15 per day) Please contact the clinic host if you have questions.
Paddocks: 3 paddocks are available. ($15 per day) Please contact the clinic host if you have questions.
Meals: Lunch will be available each day. Donations appreciated.
Facilities: Restrooms on-site.
Camping: Campsites are available. The facility has 2 sites with power and water for $15 per day. These sites include a hose hookup and connection to 110 power with an extension cord.
Facility, stall, paddock, & camping fees will be collected upon arrival at Heron Springs Farm.
Participant Fee: $475 (paid to RPH)
*A $175 deposit is required to reserve a spot. Balance is due 30 days before the clinic.
Audit Fee: FREE!
Facility Fee: No charge!

30 Days or More Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made at least 30 days before the clinic start date will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
8–29 Days Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made within this period will receive a 75% refund of the balance, not including the non-refundable deposit.
7 Days or Less Before the Clinic:
Cancellations made within 7 days of the clinic start date are not eligible for a refund.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the clinic. You will receive an email with an invoice for the remaining balance 30 days prior to the clinic date.
We’ll send you an email 30 days prior to the clinic with a link to complete your remaining payment.
Yes, if you’d like to discuss getting on a payment plan for a clinic, please contact us.
Yes, additional fees may apply, including facility fees, stall fees, camping fees, or audit fees. These are paid directly to the clinic host upon arrival. You can find a full breakdown of any additional fees on each clinic information page under “Clinic Fees.”
