Refining the Relationship: Working Equitation Skills
In this clinic, Robbie will help riders refine the skills behind precision riding: softness, feel, balance, and straightness, along with clear aids and better timing so the horse can place its feet where you ask. Riders will then put those skills to work on gates, bridges, poles, and other obstacles. When a horse struggles at an obstacle, the obstacle usually isn't the real problem. Robbie helps you see where the confusion starts and what you can change, so the horse understands what is being asked and the obstacles become a conversation instead of a struggle. This clinic focuses on arena work and obstacles.
Who this clinic is for: This clinic is about refining and precision, so riders should be comfortable riding walk and trot patterns and have the basics in place. It isn't the right fit for riders and horses who are working through major issues. If that's you, we encourage you to take a private lesson on Monday instead.
Private sessions on Monday: Robbie will offer private sessions on Monday, March 15. They are open to all levels of horses and riders.

Additional Facility Fees
Facility Fee: $50 for both days (paid to facility at arrival)
Stall Fee: $25 per day (paid to facility at arrival)
Stalls are sand and will be clean when you arrive. If you prefer to use shavings, you’re welcome to bring your own. We kindly ask that participants pick their own stalls during the clinic and fully strip them before departure. There is a Tractor Supply in Decatur, AL if you need to pick up any additional bedding or supplies.
Camping: $30 per night - electric hookup only (paid to facility) *Only 1 hookup available
Audit Fee: $20 per day, auditors do not need to register to attend.

What is your clinic cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. Here's how clinic cancellations work:
- 30 or more days before the clinic: Full refund, minus the deposit (non-refundable).
- 8 to 29 days before the clinic: 75% refund of the remaining balance. The deposit is non-refundable.
- 7 days or less before the clinic: No refund available.
To cancel, please contact your clinic host.
When are clinic fees due?
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the clinic. You will receive an email with an invoice for the remaining balance 45 days prior to the clinic date.
How do I pay my remaining balance?
We’ll send you an email and text 45 days prior to the clinic with a link to complete your remaining payment.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, if you’d like to discuss getting on a payment plan for a clinic, please contact us.
Are there any additional fees involved?
Yes, additional fees may apply, including facility fees, stall fees, camping fees, or audit fees. These are paid directly to the clinic host upon arrival.
