ABC's of Riding: Building Clear Communication from Ground to Saddle
This four day clinic is an in depth exploration of how to clearly communicate with your horse using your body, timing, and riding aids, both on the ground and in the saddle.
Participants will learn how to develop a shared language with their horse, one that the horse can understand and respond to with confidence and softness. Each of the first three days focuses on a key building block of effective communication, progressively developing clarity, balance, and feel. Day four ties all the pieces together, helping riders ride with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Mornings are spent in group arena sessions featuring guided exercises designed to highlight progress and understanding. Afternoons offer private and semi private sessions for individualized feedback and deeper practice. All participants are encouraged to attend and take notes during every session to maximize learning and retention.

Soft sand bedding. Please bring your own shavings, hay, buckets, feed pans, and feed, and pick out stalls daily.
Dry Camping: $10 per day (paid to facility at arrival)
Audit Fee: FREE!
Notes: Due to facility policies, dogs are not allowed on the premises. Please bring a negative Coggins test. The facility has locked entry. Participants will be given the code to enter.

What is your clinic cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. Here's how clinic cancellations work:
- 30 or more days before the clinic: Full refund, minus the deposit (non-refundable).
- 8 to 29 days before the clinic: 75% refund of the remaining balance. The deposit is non-refundable.
- 7 days or less before the clinic: No refund available.
To cancel, please contact your clinic host.
When are clinic fees due?
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the clinic. You will receive an email with an invoice for the remaining balance 45 days prior to the clinic date.
How do I pay my remaining balance?
We’ll send you an email and text 45 days prior to the clinic with a link to complete your remaining payment.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, if you’d like to discuss getting on a payment plan for a clinic, please contact us.
Are there any additional fees involved?
Yes, additional fees may apply, including facility fees, stall fees, camping fees, or audit fees. These are paid directly to the clinic host upon arrival.
